Hi, I’m Jerry Tucker, owner of Treasured Property. I have been serving the Triangle since 2007, when I founded Treasured Property. I have lived in this area since 2005 and, along with my wife Jodi, have eight children…five of which are adopted. I also have a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, and four grandchildren.
Outside of real estate, I have a passion for orphans throughout the world. Our company gives a percentage of our revenue to help vulnerable children. We also make direct gifts to families who are adopting; and we donate our property management services to families in crisis including severe illness, unemployment, and other hardships. This is our treasure. |
Ashton Bazer

Hey, I'm Ashton Bazer - the Vice President of Operations at Treasured Property. I'm a licensed real estate broker born and raised in the Triangle, so I'm very familiar with the areas surrounding Raleigh & Durham. I help manage all of Treasured Property's rentals whether they are commercial or residential - I also work with our investors to purchase additional assets.
I've been involved in the property management business since I was just 14 years old helping my father out with his portfolio of properties... since then I've personally acquired a number of investment properties myself both residential and commercial. In my free time I enjoy traveling, working on DIY projects and spending time outdoors! I just recently checked my 60th country off the list! |

Hey, my name is Erik! I recently moved to the Triangle from Colorado and help coordinate all of the maintenance for Treasured Property's rental homes.

Hey, my name is Jake Fry. I was born and raised in North Carolina and have lived in the Triangle my whole life. I’ve always considered myself a people person. I enjoy getting to know their stories and needs, and I enjoy helping as many people as possible.
I’m a lover of the outdoors! I enjoy walking in nature, fishing, and working on projects around the yard. |

Hi, I’m Misty Pothier the Office Manager at Treasured Property. I spent 3 years living in Durham before moving back to my current hometown of Shelby, North Carolina. I have years of experience in finance and customer service, and it’s my pleasure to serve all our owners, tenants and vendors from my home office.
When I’m not working, I am busy spending time with my husband, our 3 kids and our grandson. I enjoy reading and traveling, especially any travel that takes me to the beach. |
